Returns and Refunds Valerio Brothers Inc. guarantees all of our items are shipped exactly as ordered, in perfect condition and in a reasonable timeframe. If you are not satisfied with our products due to any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to make every individual situation satisfactory. If for any reason items received are damaged or spoiled, please save all boxes and packaging material while contacting our return department. In instances of perishable items, you must also keep the item(s) refrigerated while contacting our return department. Please ship with the returns authorization label provided via email. Refunds or replacements must be requested within 3 days of received shipment. All return and refund inquires must be e-mailed to info@valbrothers.com Availability All items ordered are subject to in-stock availability. We are not liable for delays due to availability, and we will strive to fulfill orders in a timely fashion. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted. For gift baskets, if an item is not available it will be replaced with an item of equal or greater value. Charges and Payment
Note: Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping Schedule No shipments will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays. All orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day. We reserve the right to hold orders in order to avoid sitting in a truck or warehouse on carrier's non working days. Items ordered on Thursday and Priority Overnight orders received on Thursday are shipped the following Monday. Transit Times All perishable items are shipped to arrive in 1-2 days. Non perishable items may take up to 5 business days using the standard shipping selection. Valerio Brothers cannot assume responsibility for incorrect addresses and for damages to products on shipments left outside with customer's approval. We apologize but at this time we are not able to ship outside the Perishables When ordering items such as meats and cheeses during the warmer months, we recommend that upon opening you refrigerate the items for 12-16 hours so that the product will regain its consistency. Shipments in Warmer Months During the warmer months we will be shipping perishables using insulated shipping coolers. These innovative coolers allow the shipment of perishables around the country year-round. These coolers may also be reused as a high quality cooler.
Items ordered together may arrive in separate boxes, from multiple locations, and on different days. If the package that you are shipping is perishable, please make sure that the recipient will be home to receive it.
